Loved the friendly staff, but the room lighting needed a serious upgrade. Location was perfect for hitting the strip at night. A good time!

Staff always fabulous and awesome!

Clean place with lovely views and great location on the mountains. Perfect and comfy rooms with free wireless internet access, a kettle, and a toaster. Lots of cheap food. Overall fab stay for our holidays.

We thoroughly enjoyed newly decorated rooms and outstanding food.

Its location was perfect and fantastic, to really good beach. The room was kept clean very well and available with balconies, a huge wardrobe plus clean towels.

The emerald hotel is a brill place! Super clean pool area with palm trees, the staff were so friendly, especially emma, she. Loved the breakfast by the pool and ur just a short walk to the strip, no crazy noise at night. I had a great time chillin by the pool, and it wasn't crowded at all. Would totally come back for another trip!

the wifi was a bit sketchy, and sometimes the shower would overflow.

Within walking distance of Stone House, where you can have lunch. Nice touristic places like meropi aqua were near the hotel. Free parking nearby was provided. In love with Emerald.

The room was pretty small and definitely packed with issues. We only got our sheets changed once in two weeks, a bummer. The shower was just a hose, so everything got soaked, and there wasn't even a shower curtain. Plus, we had ants on the floor, and it took a lot of effort to get anyone to help with that. It reminded me of they didn't care much about room hygiene or comfort, honestly.
